1864 10c violet, cut into at top, just touched at right, tied to 22.1.1866 entire letter from cali to Bogota by « CALI/DEBE » oval hs, an exceptional application of a pre-philatelic due (Debe) hs on a franked cover, the only usage known in this issue on cover; cert. Bortfeldt (2008).
