Siegharts » two-line datestamp paying the double rate to the border, treated as unpaid on arrival and charged with « 38 » decimes in ms, Vienna, green Belgian entry and receiving cds’s on reverse, some faults to cover not affecting the franking, a rare usage; Müller 886a, 50pts.
