1919 Zinc Plate Provisional Issue 12ch from bottom right corner of sheet, a diagonal crease at the corner has caused the right margin not to be perforated and the bottom margin to have irregular perforation, the top has been trimmed later, fresh mint never hinged, an unusual and possible unique variety.
