Linga: 1917, letter sent from Linga, Indian postal agency in the Persian Gulf area, to Bombay, India, bearing 1/2 anna stamps x 5, tied by Linga 25 June 17, alongside purple ‘Passed Censor Bombay no 33’. On reverse is Bombay GPO 4 July 1917 arrival. The letter is cut right side with some cropping to one stamp.
