1886-88 Belgian Printing 25 lepta die proof in light ultramarine, clear sharp impression, an outstanding rarity, the Papaioannou handbook mentions only one other example of the 25 lepta in blue (from the Gloeckner collection in 1968), with this example in light ultramarine blue being unrecorded and probably unique.
