Murray, KCB, Chairman of the Committee of selection, at the direction of the Postmaster General to Campbell Dodgeson, C.B.E., a member of the committee, thanking him for his services and requesting confidentiality until the day of issue (May 10th), an important and very rare set, ex Maximus
