Lot 70044 – 1864 (Fe 13) a stunning valentines envelope used locally

1864 (Feb 13) a stunning valentines envelope used locally in Glasgow, with applied flowers and foliage and a brass ring « delivered » by a dove, bearing 1d. red, neatly tied by duplex numeral cancel, also original lace enclosure, depicting prospective hand, quite spectacular and easily one of the finest early valentines known.
