Austrian Consular Post in Romania (Moldavia, Levant): 1861/1862 pair of unpaid covers sent to France, one in the 2nd weight step from 4/11/1861 sent from Jassy, clear cds in blue (Tchilinghirian fig.757), via Lemberg and Cracow, and taxed ’20’ decimes on arrival and the other from Galatz from 8/7/1862, cds in blue (Tchilinghirian fig. 743), taxed ’10’ decimes. File folds, fine.
