1861, small letter piece with coat of arms pair of 5c green and a single 20c blue. The pair struck by very attractive small circular Cortona 9 Lug. 61, also the rare line handstamp Per Consegna. A very attractive and rare object with stamps in immaculate condition; cert. E. Diena (1986).
