Attest U. Steiner 2008. 1856 outer letter sheet to Constantinopoli, endorsed « Col Vapore » franked 1850 3Kr and 9Kr, both machine paper, good to close margins tied by two Triest Abends cds, arrival backstamp 29/8, a clean example of first issue to Constantinople, U.
