1929 Prince Farouk 9th Birthday, the complete set four affixed on archival paper, from the UPU archives of Goa, overprinted “Especimen”, the stamps are from the special advance printing, prepared for distribution to the UPU, this set is known as “Brown Center Set”, a wonderful and unique item (Goa is on the west coast of India, was liberated from Portuguese rule in 1961)
