1930-52 South Africa mint collection on stock sheets comprising a wealth of interesting material with the basic issues to 5/-, 10/- etc but with numerous shades, inverted watermarks and listed (with some unlisted) varieties. We note SG 43b 1d with ‘Frame’ omitted (spectacular and scarce), SG 61a ‘Falling ladder’, SG 75a, 80a ‘Three bolts’, 91a ‘Cigarette’ flaw etc. 5/- and 10/- pairs throughout with shades, inverted wmks etc, a very useful range of Officials with SG O17 and O17bw, O18 and 18a, 1935 to 10/- incl. 2d O23 plus 10/- O29 (scarce), 1950 to 10/- incl. 5/- O49 and O50a.
