Lot 60082 – 1843 Bull’s Eyes 60r early impression used full hs and manuscript

Ceara: 60r. black early impression, four good to large margins used with virtually full black handstamp (Ayres 1274) plus a full manuscript date above, some tones mainly at the edges of the stamp, a very rare near complete combination of cancels, Paris expert’s handstamp.
