On the 16th March however, Sir Francis Knollys (The Kings Private Secretary) wrote to the Post Office expressing the Kings disapproval of Essays A and B, and suggesting that a simple profile head should be used with no uniform or orders and that the effigy by « Herr Fuchs » should be the model.
