1864 (Mar 17) entire to England with 1862-64 6d (small corner perf. crease) tied bx « C » barred oval, with « INSUFFICIENTLY / PREPAID » arced hs at left in blue with matching despatch cds on reverse, ms « 1/ » on arrival along with London arrival bs, a fine and scarce underpaid cover with only a handful of covers known with this handstamp, ex Richard Malim.
