« La Philatelie sans Experts? » original edition with only 300 printed in 1946 (for 300 FF). This N.101 with the signature of Jean de Sperati. On a advertisement leaflet we found the note: « a special mention at the place of the signature, invisible in daylight, but visible under a quartz lamp (Wood’s light) identifies this ORIGINAL EDITION » and under UV-light we found an inscription (we don´t mention it here and hope the collector will enjoy with little secret…). Noteworthy: in our last Sperati special sale we discovered the secret of Sperati´s secret notes: he put a mark on the back of the stamps before he send it to experts, only visible under the Wood-lamp, so he could proof he fooled the experts. The book contains 126 pages + 6 boards and is the first we have seen from the original edition. Key item for the Sperati collector.
