Description
1932 Proclamation of Emir Saud set of twelve both imperforated and perforated affixed to large piece that is headed in pencil « Royaume D’Arabe Saudite », each overprinted SPECIMEN when received from the U.P.U., the perforated 10g with small surface scrape bottom left, a couple with some ageing. the second manuscript a top in Portuguese translates as 36 stamps. Probably the only set so overprinted. An important item for the Kingdom collector Catalogue ref: SG 316-27
