1928 ALBUM DE FAC-SIMILÉS, issued by the UNION PHILATÉLIQUE DE GENÈVE, with nearly all forgeries of Fournier on 157 pages. Prefaces by Fernand Serrane etc. The album shows photos of tools to forge stamps, to surcharge, to perforate and contains finally around 140 pages with thousands of his cancellations and stamps forgeries that show how active Francois Fournier was. Noteworthy are Waadt 5 on cover piece, genuine half Strubel with forged cancellation, Zürich 4+6. This is album 375 of the « Philatelisten-Klub Winterthur ». On the last page it is mentioned that the member Professor Otto Girowitz borrowed the album and it was checked after his return with a handful of stamps missing. Still more than 99 % of all stamps are there and intact albums that show the work of this diligent forger are hard to find, as most were sold country by country.
