Carried by Collins Line from New York via Liverpool (27/9) to London, then forwarded to Hamburg (30/9) with red oval P. of Hamburg on front.Rate Interpretation: 6d. to the USA.12d. to cover the 21¢ US-packet rate to Hamburg.
