1863 (Aug 15) envelope from Graaff-Reinett to England with Perkins Bacon 1s emerald green, just touched to large margins, tied by Small Triangular Obliterator variety A, with London arrival and ms « 11 » (11d credit for newly increased rate which was increased on April 1st, 1863 from 6d to 1s per ½oz, reverse with despatch and Cape Town transit, missing portion of backflap, minor toning otherwise fine; ex Dillaway, R. Johnson (signed), R Goldblatt.
