1913 (22 July) envelope registered to Kent bearing India K.E.VII 1a strip of three tied by GYANTSE TIBET/ SILIGURI BASE type B1 cds, blue on white registration label to left, the reverse with bottom margin vertical pair of 1912 1/2tr. violet tied by fine strikes of Gyantse type I postmark in violet with Ramsgate and London registered ovals above, fine and attractive.
