1915 (27.10.) insured money letter to Changchun, China for 3,000 roubles with reddish « de Ourga Poste Russe » insured label (Hellrigl Ty. 2, « RRR ») franked Russia 14k block of four, 50k and 70k horizontal pairs, tied by Urga date stamps, Russian Peking and violet Japanese Changchun transits, on a large linen backed envelope with some slight edge wear and some slight ageing, one wax seal excised, issues of scant regard to the rarity and desirability of this item.
