1948 ONE ANNA in black on SARKARI 4a black and purple stamp (SGO16) tied to a Secretariat of State cover, and ONE ANNA in black on SARKARI 8a black and yellow green stamp (SGO17), two examples, tied to cover, both on an exhibition page, very fine and an exhibition showpiece, ex Dan Walker (S.G. O16-O17 were previously not known to exist on cover and unpriced in SG catalogue).
