1925 Cairo Control overprints: 2 Pia. paying the registered rate from Jeddah to Egypt, with Cairo arrival cds on reverse, overprint in red inverted, a very rare cover
Note: As part of the original shipment of this issue was stolen in transit, the remainder received a control overprint in Jeddah (coarse frame lines) and further printings were overprinted in Cairo (even frame lines with sharper angles) before shipping
