KRAIOVA: Registered cover addressed to the Tribunal of Romanatz and with bluish, Cyrillic bilinear date stamp “KRAIOVA JUL 10”, showing well preserved red wax seal on reverse, inscribed “The United Principalities, the Tribunal of Dolj District, Section A (?)”, (Dragomir type PV53 – 0.5R; see pg. 76-77), very combination of bilinear date stamp and red wax seal of the court Vente aux enchères
