URUGUAY: 1900-96, Collection of Uruguayan club teams written up in an album incl. 1900 envelope from Albion Football Club (imprint on backflap), 1905-10 picture postcards of Peñarol, Nacional (2) and Montevideo Wanderers, 1924 photo postcard of a football match, two printed covers celebrating Peñarol’s Intercontinental Cup victory signed by player Omar Caetano, two 1970 World Cup covers signed by at least 7 players each, 1971 Copa Libertadores cover signed by the winning team Nacional, plenty of 1970s material with football stamps (mint and on cover), eight covers signed by players of the 1980 Gold Cup team, and one from 1983 signed by the team, plus a cover with autographs from the Brazil 1982 World Cup team (Socrates, Batista, Isidoro and Luizinho), a fabulous lot
