PORTUGAL: 1928 (May 24) THIRD DAY: Commercial envelope from Ovar to Santarem franked with 40c in combination with the obligatory 1928 Olympic 15c, arrival bs, very minor toning to the stamps otherwise very fine and rare usage.Note: This 15c stamp was obligatory for 3 days from May 22-24 in 1928 for mail sent within Portugal.
