coloured inscriptions (some as issued), with accent missing from CONGRÈS
being the noticeable difference as well as a violet « NEPRODEJNE » (« not
for sale ») handstamp, with inscriptions in blue, black, brown, vermilion
and violet, each cancelled by the special Congress cds, some minor
