Gupta Empire, Kumaragupta, c. 415-455, AV dinar, 8.13 g. (20 mm). Obverse: ‘horseman’ type, king riding horse left, circular Brahmi legend around. Reverse: Lakshmi sitting left on stool, feeding peacock, Brahmi legend at right, Ajitamaheendrah. Kumar TOTGE 2024, Class III, variety B.VF, good surfaces and very fine appearance, some weakness from the strike on the high points.Ex Chand Collection 4.99.68
