Gupta Empire, Kumaragupta, c. 415-455, AV dinar, 8.19 g. (20 mm). Obverse: ‘archer’ type, king standing left, holding a longbow pointed outward, Garuda standard at left, Brahmi Ku under king’s left arm with crescent above. Reverse: Lakshmi with halo sitting on seven-petaled lotus, holding long-stemmed lotus flower and scattering coins with her right hand, Brahmi legend right. Kumar, TOTGE 2024 Class II, variety B.
