1939-40 « 1 ANNA » vertical pair on reverse of native cover sent registered along with 1930-45 1p deep blue perf.11 x imperf pair, tied by Charkhari State cds, glue stains from adhering the stamps to the cover and light creasing, a very rare usage of the surcharge issue; cert. BPA (2007) (S.G. £3’180 as used singles).
