1840 Mulready group incl. 1d lettersheet A26 from Edinburgh (Scotland) to Glasgow with Scottish Provident Institution’ advert in blue (which is scarcer) and fine strike of red MC, 1d A255 to Edinburgh with black MC and 1d envelope A157 (a little tatty on reverse) with fine strike of Scottish 1844-type « 108 » cancel of Dumfries, dated 1844 (1844 type postmarks command a premium).
