1955-59 30c Oil Tanker violet & brown-purple mint n.h. block of 10 with stamps 3-5 showing partial omission of the Queen’s head, very fine and very scarce, only one sheet existed with 30 stamps showing this error, a spectacular rarity of Singapore; cert.
