1835 (December 13) Folded letter sheet from Enniskillen to Ballyshannon showing a distinctive italic framed « Paid at Enniskillen » and rated « 2 » over a Dublin PAID, very fine and scarce.Note: The 1832 Act of 24″ March (2 William 4, c 15) allowed Charitable Institutions, authorised by the Postmaster General, to send letters and packets (under 1 ounce) at the rate of 2d.
