1872 (Jun 12) envelope to Harmony Hall in St. Michael with 1871 wmk small star (1d) blue rough perf.14-16 (small perf fault) tied by Barbados thimble cds with « TOO-LATE » hs (Proud type 112) adjacent, vertical envelope creases, a scarce usage of the « TOO-LATE » hs with only a few covers recorded in the WIPSG census; ex Shilstone (RL 1977) and Sheppard.
