1891 (Mar 16) 4d postal stationery envelope (H&G 1) sent registered to the USA, uprated with 1884-90 1d carmine rose pair, each cancelled by « A05 » barred ovals, with Nassau registered cds at lower left, reverse with US entry ds, very fine and scarce usage of the first postal stationery envelope.
