Puebla 13c blue lithographed (consignment #3-1866 sub 25, only 50 sent to this sub), well balanced margins all around, from cover Tecamachalco to Puebla dated August 20, 1866, tied by oval « TECAMA / CHALCO » hs (Schatzkès #1228).
