Envelope to France with 1855-73 1/2rp blue-green, just touched at lower right otherwise good to large margins, cancelled by very fine oval, endorsed « vapor Espanol », carried to St. Thomas with Danish entry and passed to the British P.O. with partial cds on reverse, sent to London with « GB / 1F60c » Anglo-French accountancy hs and « 8 » decimes hs, French transits incl. St. Malo arrival, portions of backflap missing. A very rare if not unique example of this routing via Danish West Indies.
