with similar strike alongside, also tied by framed AFFRANCATURA / INSUFFICIENTE
handstamp in black, a very rare and fine cover.Rate: Taxed with ‘1½’ in manuscript (Charge 1 piastre, paid ½ piastre (double the deficiency) = 1½ piastres to pay)
