Lot 20102 – 1856 Veracruz Chacaltianguis ½ Real Blue pair on cover

Veracruz Chacaltianguis ½r blue in pair, three very good margins, used on cover addressed to the nearby Tlacotalpam town on April 8, 1859and exhibiting the very rare Schatzkès #1775 handstamp. Slight soiling not detracting. Very few items have survived from this small locality, further enhanced by the uncommon rate applied on correspondence sent to nearby towns.
