20 parale red, horizontal pair, hardly touched top right to very large uneven margins (knife cut through pair), on 1865 registered too late folded cover from Jassy to Bucharest, cancelled by black Jassy grille postmark, with boxed RECOMANDAT and DUPA/PLECARE alongside, both in blue, as well as unusual usage of the fancy drapery postmark of JASSY/27.3.65 in black, cover with tape stains and much restoration, a rare Too Late usage.
