Wexford to William Armit, the First clerk of the General Post Office, Dublin, rated double « 1/- » subsequently erased, showing ROSS/68 mileage mkg in black with a clear strike of the red FREE/11JA11/1809 MERMAID (evening duty), a wonderful usage.
