1864 (Feb 29) wrapper to the USA with 1862 48c and 1863 6c tied by neat « B62 » barred ovals in blue-green, matching despatch on reverse, paying the 53c rate, London transit, Boston arrival and « 21 /CENTS » accountancy hs, very fine, a scarce usage of the 48c.
