1899 (Jan) Cover sent to Havana, franked with 3c on 1m orange-brown, third printing, position 3, tied by Puerto Principe cds, very fine condition, uncreased and very minor stain to base, and extremely unusual in this condition being the 3c island mail rate during the Spanish colonial period; one of five recorded covers from the third printing; ex Prats.
