1870 (March 28) « Revista Comercial » newspaper from Buenos Aires to Italy (addressee’s label missing), charged on arrival at single rate not exceeding 40 grams including French carriage with postage dues 1869 10c in combination with 1870-742c (defective) and 5c, tied by May 1st Genoa cds’s. The only newspaper recorded originating from Argentina bearing a mixed franking of the second and third Italian postage-due issues. Ex Astolfi.
