1914 (Nov 14) Cover to La Spezia initially franked at 10c instead of the required 15c rate, with « Floreale » 10c tied by violet « Distaccamento R. Marina Italiana in China » cds, struck again at left, forwarded through the « Ministerio di Marina » in Rome where the « Leoni » 5c was added to complete the payment of the lacking amount in the rate, tied by Rome cds on January 15.
