Lot 20566 – 1900 3s stationery card datelined in Huang-Tsun to Parma, 3s, 8s, 10s, 15s and 20s, tied by « Tientsin/I.J.P.O. » cds’s

1900 (Nov 1st) Japan 3s stationery card datelined in Huang-Tsun to Parma, posted at Tientsin and additionally bearing 1900-06 3s, 8s, 10s, 15s and 20s, tied by « Tientsin/I.J.P.O. » cds’s, with Yokohama and Parma backstamps; sender’s text reading: « We are in the middle of the boxers but for now I have seen few of them, yesterday we have arrested two here ». Also an 11.11.1902 brochure printed to commemorate the opening of the Italian barracks in Huang-Tsun. The stationery with some soiling, but probably the only mail from the Italian forces in this locality.
