1897-98, 4a green on laid paper, type I, just touched to clear margin and almost complete frame lines, used on philatelic cover, sent within Bundi, paying the unusual 4 anna rate, as the majority of Bundi dagger covers are franked with the 1/2 anna, hence an exceptional and rare usage (SG £1’800).
