1869 (July 24) Entire sent from La Guaira to Bordeaux, via St Thomas, with bold strike of the « Guayra Franca » circular cancel, endorsed « per W I mail », with charge mark « 10 » and the accountancy mark « GB/1F60c » (Anglo-Franco treaty), a Calais transit dated ‘Aug 14’ also to front, on the reverse a London cds ‘Aug 14’, Paris ‘Aug 15’ and arrival ‘Aug 16’, tear to back, otherwise fine and scarce.
