1914-1915, OHHS: 2m. green, pair with inverted overprint, plus 1m. brown and the “no value” stamp in chestnut, neatly tied on 1915 (23.11) registered official cover sent locally “En Ville” in Cairo from Dawawin/ Cairo, by DAWAWIN CAIRO/23.11.15 cds, the cover is struck with the circular red handstamp Ministère des Finances alongside, fine and a very rare usage of the variety on cover.
